Damon™ Ultima™ System
Damon Ultima Self-Ligating Braces
Damon Ultima braces give Dr. Durschlag the highest level of control over tooth movements for beautiful finishes and potentially faster treatments. Because they’re excellent at expansion, we use them in cases where we want to improve the width of the smile. These revolutionary self-ligating braces don’t use ties or elastics.
Instead, the brackets have a slide mechanism that holds the wire in place. This lets the wire move freely, creating less friction and discomfort, while achieving greater precision. The lack of ties also improves oral hygiene and aesthetics.
3M™
3M™ Clarity™ Advanced Clear Braces
We use 3M Clarity Advanced Ceramic Braces. The durable, stain-resistant, translucent material blends in with your smile, making your braces much less noticeable. The brackets are small, low-profile and have rounded corners for increased comfort and reduced irritation and rubbing.
The barely-there, clear braces are popular with our teen and adult patients. We pair the brackets with thin, heat-activated wires to achieve exceptional results.
American Orthodontics
Mini Master® Brackets
American Orthodontics’ Mini Master Brackets are small and comfortable. The metal brackets feature patented technology that allows for more precise bonding to your teeth and efficient results with fewer adjustments.
Just as with the other types of braces we offer, Dr. Durschlag uses thin, shape-memory wires with the brackets. Our younger patients love metal braces, because they can choose different color elastics at visits to customize them.
